Meet your Nawahi team in Arusha and begin the journey towards Serengeti National Park. As you enter the park, the landscape opens into vast grasslands, scattered kopjes and wildlife-rich plains.
Begin your first game drive upon arrival, following wildlife activity with your private guide. Depending on the timing and route, you may encounter zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, elephants, buffalo and predators before settling into your safari camp.
Overnight: Serengeti camping
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti with your private guide. The flexible schedule allows you to follow wildlife activity rather than rushing between destinations.
Explore open plains, rocky kopjes and riverine habitats while searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and other resident wildlife. Depending on the season, the route can also be influenced by movements of the Great Migration.
Overnight: Serengeti camping
Enjoy an early morning game drive as you leave Serengeti, making the most of the cooler hours when wildlife is often active.
Continue towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a final immersive wildlife experience. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, flamingos and, with luck, black rhino.
After the crater experience, ascend and continue towards Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
